1. Upon arrival guest shows the travel voucher, passport and medical health certificate, if you have any desease - you should show the history card of your desease with recommendations of your doctor.

2. All the valuable things have to be handed in to the luggage room. Administration is not responsible for the loss of unhanded valuable things.

3. Arriving late does not give you a right for prolonging terms of your staying indicated in your voucher. In case you leave before you terms of staying are expired you have no compensation.

4. Checking-in time is 8.00 a.m. in your arrival day.
Upon the expiration of your staying terms room has to be left at 8.00 a.m.

5. Guests with document for tour registered to another name are not accepted.

6. All the days missed because of your late arrival or early departure will not be reimbursed.

7. Our guests should keep rooms clean, carefully treat property and equipment of SPA hotel "Dubna "; upon leaving your room you should close the windows, turn off the taps, light, radio; follow the fire-safety rules, give room keys to the duty staff.

8. In case of damaging or loss of a property or equipment of SPA hotel, guests pay its full cost.

Administration of "Dubna" asks you:

• not to smoke in your room or in public places;
• ¬ to use heating devices in your room;
• not to leave strangers alone in your room as well as not to give strangers your room keys;
• not to bring easy-flammable things;
• not to use damaged domestic electric appliances.

   

At your departure day we ask you:
to hand back bedclothes, books, sport and cultural equipment.
