- Your effective medical treatment greatly depends on your common sense.
- Keep the daily schedule.
- Remember: in our SPA hotel you are supposed to talk about your deseases only to the doctor.
- Be honest with your doctor and follow his recommendations.
- Don't put a doctor into an awkward situation, asking for procedures conter-indicative to you.
- Don't long for getting all the available procedures, the success of your medical treatment doesn't depend on the number of procedures taken it depends on procedures and time strictly prescribed by your doctor.
- A great number of procedures taken may lead to the break-down of compensative system and exacerbation of a desease.
- You should have some rest before and after every procedure; while having a procedure you should stay patient.
- You should take it easy and be careful during your first 3-5 days of' staying at the resort your organism has to get adapted to the new environment.
- Move around all the time. "Staying active means you are alive" as it's said in the old wise proverb.
- Active rest will do you more good than passive procedures (massage, hydro-massage).
- Stay more often at the open air, walk near the sea, whether it rains or shines. Aerotherapy is healthy for everyone.
- Heliotherapy is not healthy for everybody. Staying in the sun will do you no harm if you follow doctor's recommendations: at first you should spend some time in the shade, after that you can little by little increase the time of staying in the sun.
- The less time you spend in the open sun, the less is the risk of cancer development and exacerbation of chronic deseases because of the oppression of your immunity.
- Swimming is allowed if the temperature of the sea water is no less than 18-20 C and the sea force is no more than 3g.
- Before you start swimming you should sponge down your body, plunge into the sea water and only then you may swim 3-5-7 minutes 2-4 times a day.
- It's advised to go swimming when approximately 1.5-2 hours have passed after eating.
- In the sea water you should stay active and move (eather swim or sponge down your body).
- After swimming you should wipe dry your body and change your wet clothes.
- You should eat regularly, always at the same time, it helps your better digestion.
- Don't sit at the table tired, don't hurry while eating. Don't overeat or overdrink. Keep to the prescribed diet.
- Rise off the table feeling full.
- Go to sleep and wake up in accordance with the daily schedule of the SPA hotel.
- Don't go to sleep right after a movie, a play or a concert.
- Before you go to sleep, make a short walk, let some fresh air come into your room.
- Spend your free time wisely while having rest at the SPA hotel to make your staying at the health resort unforgettable. We recommend you to go sightseeing. You'll find a lot of interesting things about the Crimea.
